Located at the front of the hotel on the first floor, Best Sea View bedrooms are individually designed and named after wine regions. They have beautiful views out over sandy North Beach and the sea.

Family 4 Suites consist of two adjoining rooms sharing one bathroom. The parent's room has a 6ft bed and a 40” flatscreen television. The adjoining children’s room has bunk beds, suitable for children aged 15 or under, and a smaller television. Family 4 Suites have side sea views or views overlooking the recreation ground towards the town.
Both bedrooms share one en suite bathroom with bath and shower, which is accessed from the parent’s room. Some Family 4 Suites have sufficient space for a cot for a baby, please telephone to ask for details. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES OR FOR 2 ADULTS SHARING

Most Family 3 / Twin rooms have side sea views or views towards town over the recreation ground. The recreation ground is home to several buildings with Grade II listed status, including possibly the oldest football pavilion in Britain. It's well worth a look.

Dog Friendly Rooms
WELL-BEHAVED DOGS ARE VERY WELCOME
A number of rooms are specifically designated dog friendly rooms. In your room you'll find a doggy dos and dont's card and directions to the nearest facilities. We also supply a dog rug and dog blankets. Opposite, North Beach and the Venetian Waterway Gardens are perfect for a dog leg-stretch all year round. The third floor is a dog-free zone.
Dog friendly rooms come in all shapes and sizes and include Sea View rooms and House rooms. Bring your pooch or pooches with you for £15 per room per night (maximum of 2 dogs per room).
Dogs can accompany their owners onto The Terrace (open for breakfast and lunch all year round, and for dinner in summer, weather permitting). Your four-legged friend is also welcome to join you in Bar Fizz, however dogs aren't permitted in Café Cru Restaurant.
